Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Experience in Quality assurance function in engine assembly plant.
- Exposure to Quality management systems.
- Experience in performing engine COP test.
- Ensuring Emission Compliance
- Ensuring Plant wise internal COP
- Compliance Audit
- Ensuring External COP Compliance without ECOP.
- He must have experience in passing COP testing at ARAI & ICAT.
- Product & Process Knowledge/ Analytical skills.
- Engine assembly & Testing Knowledge.
- Experience of COP test equipment’s.
- Conducting COP testing with government agencies.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Raising capex for maintaining COP equipment’s & its upgradation.
- COP testing data collection and its analysis.
- Driving improvements with first time right approach.
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools, statistical tools / APQP/FMEA/PPAP /SPC/ MSA
