Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage complete finance and accounts function
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle full-cycle accounting including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation laws, and statutory requirements
- Prepare and file sales tax, income tax, and withholding tax returns
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and statutory payments
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial documentation
- Provide financial reports and insights directly to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
- ACCA (Qualified / Part Qualified) or CA Inter – Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on finance/accounts experience
- Proven experience in managing finance independently
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
