Skills:-Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation, transfer pricing, handling audits (statutory & tax), TDS and GST, Experience in Tally, Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills a must Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive & pro-active attitude towards work Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
Job Description:-Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards2Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements3Report to management regarding the finances of establishment4Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole5Completing bank reconciliations, Managing company ledgers, Maintaining a system of managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions of the company6Coordinating internal and external audits, Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies, Verifying bank deposits,Import -Export Bank Related Work7Ensure optimum usage of Funds,Stock Work8Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff;9Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities10Producing financial statements, filling and tax returns and completing financial reporting, Tax Assessments 11Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the IRD; Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities12Monthly GST Payments / Returns GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B13GST Audit, Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors1424Q / 27Q TDS Monitoring Quarterly TDS Returns, 26AS Reconciliations15Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards15Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.16Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues; 17Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.18Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements. 19Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.20Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; and preparing special reports.21Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls 22Maximizing return on financial assets by forming solid financial projects, procedures, policies, control, and reporting systems23Monitoring and recording transactions and financial events in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policy24Maintain a solid and effective relationship across all business groups 25Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
