Salary: PKR 120,000-150,000 + other benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support educational programs.

Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Identify new funding opportunities and prepare compelling proposals.

Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, or corporate partnerships.

Exposure to the education sector or non-profit organizations is highly desirable.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
