Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR with good experience in payroll, statutory compliance, and HR generalist activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
- Manage statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, LWF, PT
- Coordinate and support factory inspections and statutory audits
- Handle vendor audits and follow-up actions
- Create and update HR policies and SOPs
- Manage HR generalist activities (joining, exit, employee records)
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and factory rules
- Support management in HR-related activities
Skills & Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in HR, Payroll & Compliance
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Factory Act
- Experience in manufacturing / factory environment preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
