Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR with good experience in payroll, statutory compliance, and HR generalist activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Manage statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, LWF, PT
  • Coordinate and support factory inspections and statutory audits
  • Handle vendor audits and follow-up actions
  • Create and update HR policies and SOPs
  • Manage HR generalist activities (joining, exit, employee records)
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and factory rules
  • Support management in HR-related activities

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HR, Payroll & Compliance
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Factory Act
  • Experience in manufacturing / factory environment preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
