We are urgently hiring Deputy Manager HR (Female) for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition to ensure timely manpower availability.
- Oversee employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs and support organizational development and engagement activities.
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Salary: Up to 170K
Location: Landhi Karachi.
