We are urgently hiring Deputy Manager HR (Female) for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition to ensure timely manpower availability.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Identify training needs and support organizational development and engagement activities.

Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Salary: Up to 170K

Location: Landhi Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
