Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and experienced Deputy Manager HR to oversee and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management
• Assist in training & development programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing industry)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
