Deputy Manager HR

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations preferred

Job Description

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process: job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Support managers in performance reviews and improvement plans.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with labor laws.
  • Ensure company compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and government regulations.
  • Oversee payroll coordination with finance.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary processing.
  • Review benefits and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain HRIS/HRMS and ensure accurate employee data.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (exit interviews, final settlements).
  • Develop workforce planning and succession plans.
