Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations preferred
Job Description
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring process: job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Support managers in performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with labor laws.
- Ensure company compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and government regulations.
- Oversee payroll coordination with finance.
- Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary processing.
- Review benefits and recommend improvements.
- Maintain HRIS/HRMS and ensure accurate employee data.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (exit interviews, final settlements).
- Develop workforce planning and succession plans.
