Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management systems, training, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review.

Administration:

  • Oversee general office administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate logistical support, office facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Support budget tracking and office procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8 years’ experience in HR and administration roles, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
