Deputy Manager HR (Female)

Jhang Union Group of Companies is hiring a Deputy Manager Human Resources (OD & Trainings/ Talent Acquisition) to drive OD initiatives, manage training programs, manage Recruitment and oversee the Performance Management System.

Education:

• Minimum BBA or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration (HR Compulsory)
• Minimum 4 to 5 Years Experience.
• Gender: Females Only
• Location: PCSIR 2 Johar Town Lahore
• Salary 90k-100k Plus Benefits(Medical+Food+Bonuses+Northern Tour etc)

Job Description:

• Structure job analysis activities and design standardized Job Descriptions and SMART KPIs for all functions
• Manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, evaluations, and calibrations.
• Develop and maintain accurate organizational charts in line with business structure.
• Develop, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, compensation frameworks, and employee grading structures.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary matters professionally.
• Conduct performance management reviews and assist in developing improvement plans where required.
• Develop and deliver employee training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent time management skills combined with a strong can-do attitude.
