HR Operations:

Supervise and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, performance appraisals, promotions, separations, and data updates.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee information in HRMS, PSW Connect, and other relevant systems.
- Maintain personnel files and digital records ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit standards. Ensure complete documentation and record-keeping for all HR operations.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, SOPs, and SDPs across all employee-related processes.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Manager People Services in implementing HR projects and process improvements
HRMS & Automation:
- Coordinate with IT and HR vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and module configurations.
- Monitor system workflows to ensure seamless ESS/MSS functionality and user adoption.
- Maintain HRMS data validation, process mapping, and implementation of system improvements and suggest process automation ideas.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Verify payroll inputs and employee benefits before monthly closure.
- Oversee timely processing of benefits such as medical insurance, fuel cards, LFA, festive allowance, leave encashments, daycare reimbursement etc.
- Liaise with Finance and insurance vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain benefit accuracy.
Compliance, Documentation & Audits:

Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.
- Ensure compliance with established Service Delivery Protocols (SDPs), and report process issues or deviations for corrective action.
- Development and ensure periodic review of SDPs.
- Coordinate escalations and maintain issue logs to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure HR documentation and employee files are audit-ready at all times.
Employee Relations & Service Excellence:

Respond to employee queries, grievances, and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Promote a customer-service mindset within the People Services team.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms (e.g., Helpdesk, ESS surveys).
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain HR operational reports and analysis and assist in preparation of dashboards for review by Manager People Services.
- Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in preparation of periodic service performance reports and KPI dashboards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Supervise day-to-day activities of People Services Executives under the guidance of the Manager People Services. Coordinate with HR sub-functions to support cross-functional service delivery activities.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–8 years of experience in HR Operations or People Services, preferably in a tech-driven organizations.
- Strong command of HRMS systems, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
