Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager – Human Resources to lead the development, implementation, and management of HR policies and practices across the entire organization. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive the HR function’s evolution, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
This is a hands-on strategic role that demands operational excellence, leadership acumen, and a passion for shaping a high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Infrastructure Development & Management
- Design and implement HR systems and practices, including performance management, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Lead the implementation of HR & Payroll software with dynamic data reporting.
- Manage payroll, benefits, attendance, and employee records.
- Organize team-building, wellness, and engagement programs to enhance employee morale.
2. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
- Build external partnerships with universities, job boards, and recruiting agencies.
- Align workforce planning with business goals in collaboration with department heads.
3. Employee Engagement & Development
- Design and implement employee learning and development initiatives.
- Lead training programs that align with employee growth and business performance.
- Drive employee engagement and retention through structured initiatives.
4. Performance Management & Leadership Development
- Implement a performance management system that promotes a high-performance culture.
- Advise leadership on performance feedback, talent identification, and succession planning.
5. Compensation, Benefits & Wellness
- Develop competitive compensation structures that promote internal equity.
- Administer employee benefits programs aligned with industry standards.
- Implement and manage wellness programs to support employee well-being.
6. Legal Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR standards.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a fair workplace.
- Oversee HR audits, documentation, and policy compliance to mitigate risks.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize HR metrics to evaluate HR programs and guide decision-making.
- Prepare periodic reports for leadership on key HR indicators and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field w,g
- Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional SHRM-CP
- Professional in Human Resource-PHR.
- Master in Business Administration- Specialized in HR (MBA HR)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR system implementation and managing complex HR operations.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in employee engagement, compliance, and performance enhancement.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is mandatory.
What We Offer

- Leave policy will be applicable upon successful completion of the 6-month probation period during the contractual term.
