Job Summary:

As a Deputy Manager – HR you will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, policy implementation, and coordination skills to ensure smooth HR operations and support organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance appraisals and evaluations.
• Implement and update HR policies in line with company and legal standards.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities.
• Supervise payroll processing, attendance, and other HR operations.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and workforce management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources
• 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
