Job Purpose:
To support the Human Resources Manager in planning and implementing HR policies and procedures, and to ensure efficient HR operations and compliance with approved regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved HR policies and procedures.

Supervise recruitment, employee affairs, and employee development processes.

Support workforce planning and HR strategic initiatives.

Oversee performance evaluation processes and related HR systems.

Handle employee-related issues and submit recommendations to management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.

Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.

Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
