Job Purpose:


To support the Human Resources Manager in planning and implementing HR policies and procedures, and to ensure efficient HR operations and compliance with approved regulations and laws.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved HR policies and procedures.
  • Supervise recruitment, employee affairs, and employee development processes.
  • Support workforce planning and HR strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee performance evaluation processes and related HR systems.
  • Handle employee-related issues and submit recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
