DEPUTY MANAGER-INTERNAL AUDIT

Job Responsibilities:-

• Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS & Working Drawings.

• Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.

• Good Knowledge in Quantity Estimation of all Items which includes Earthwork, Concrete, Shuttering, Steel, Masonry, Plaster etc. & Finishes Items

• Good Knowledge in Bar Bending Schedule for Steel Calculation

• Good Knowledge in doing the Reconciliation of Materials such as Concrete, Steel, Cement

• Candidate shall be knowing the Cement Consumption Factor of all the items wherever cement is applicable

• Candidate shall be knowing the Factors such as kg / sqft, cum / sqft on built up area

• Good Knowledge in Contract Conditions (Pre & Post Contracts)

• Good Knowledge of all parts mentioned in IS Code 1200 for mode for measurement

• Good communication/ interpersonal skills

-Good knowledge of best practices on MEP - construction industry

• Conduct regular site visits to check the BOQ specification & Quantities at PAN India level
