Deputy Manager - Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses/locations and ensure alignment with forecasted demand.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and inventory tagging.
• Collaborate with demand planners, procurement, and sales to forecast and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Implement automated reorder systems and safety stock levels.
• Maintain inventory records and generate regular reports on inventory status, variances, and KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, slow/non-moving items, and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
• Support product lifecycle management and assist in managing product phase-in/phase-out processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
