Job Title: Deputy Manager - LegalExperience: 2-5 years
Location: GIFT SEZ, GandhinagarRoles & ResponsibilitiesSupport Chief Legal Officer in managing legal and regulatory matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policies Ensure compliance with securities, corporate, and financial services laws Liaise with regulators, law firms, and internal stakeholders Assist in litigation, arbitration, and dispute management Monitor regulatory changes and advise on legal implications Support internal legal policies, documentation, and legal training Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of corporate and securities laws Contract drafting and negotiation skills Understanding of IFSCA / SEBI and international regulations Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment QualificationLLB from a recognised university Experience in law firm or financial services sector preferred Exposure to IFSC / GIFT City regulations is an advantage Top of FormBottom of Form
