Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (Maintenance) to lead and manage plant maintenance operations, ensuring high equipment availability, reliability, and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven record in maintenance of production and utility equipment in a manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of all production and utility equipment.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and modification of machines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Maintenance methods.
• Manage spare parts inventory using FIFO and Kanban systems.
• Conduct calibration, thermography, and safety/maintenance audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, EHS, OHS, and ISMS documentation.
• Report maintenance KPIs and ensure effective planning and communication.

Required Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in plant maintenance (preferably in wire harness or PCB manufacturing).
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Crimping & wire cutting machines
• Epoxy potting machines
• PLC programming & troubleshooting
• Chain and belt conveyors
• Clean room and PCB-related equipment
• Proficiency in MMS/SAP or other maintenance management systems.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

(EEE/E&C preferred)
