Deputy Manager / Manager - Maintenance and Spares (Solar Cell Manufacturing)

Job Purpose:

To manage Cell Line Automation, Preventive maintenance and spare parts for high-volume Solar Photovoltaic cell manufacturing machines while ensuring safety, quality, cost reduction & optimum utilization of Machines .

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Must have in-depth exposure on Automation/ Robots / AGVs working principles, Real Time all Robots / AGVs / Automation teaching, programming and modifications of the same.
2. To carry out the preventive and breakdown maintenance of all Robots / AGVs / Automation and provide training to the End-user on Operations, Maintenance, Process & Safety
3. Printing Tools: Knowledge and hands-on experience of Metallization line process & equipment’s from supplier like Maxwell & ASYS for Metallization / Firing / LID Regenerator / IV & EL Tester
4. LDSE / LCO Tools : Knowledge and hands-on experience of Laser process and equipment’s from suppliers like Maxwell, DR Laser for Laser Doped Selective Emitter & Laser Contact Opening.
5. Should have good hands on experience in Beckhoff, Siemens controllers, PLC (Must Have), SCADA, Robotics, Servo drives, Servo Motor, Stepper Motor, Encoders, pressure and Temperature transducers, Network Topology, Ethernet, Ether-CAT, CAN-bus, Profibus, Modbus, Analog & Digital Sensors.
6. Managing the Preventive maintenance and spare parts for high-volume Solar Photovoltaic cell manufacturing machines, equipment’s while ensuring equipment’s & personnel safety
7. Supports and debugs complex CONTROLS related problems to exceed targets of KPIs in terms of MTTR, MTBF, % Downtime, %PM adherence
8. Should have good knowledge & hands on experience on pneumatic systems & Low-cost automation systems
9. Monitoring & maintaining schedule of maintenance activities on a weekly, monthly & yearly basis
10. Long-term & short-term plan for Breakdown, Shutdown Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of all Equipment &facilities
11. Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for process & their revision as per requirement
12. Spares Planning to strike balance between availability of critical spares and Inventory
13. Facilitate that the Associates follow the Team Based Work System, achieve their Team Measures and take them to next level of Development
14. Must possess Good Leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills

Profile & Eligible Criteria:

Education Qualification: B.E. / Diploma - Electrical / Electronics

Required Experience : 12-15 / 16-20 yr.
