Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Merchandising to manage and support merchandising operations for our tableware glass products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order management, buyer coordination, product development, production follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for tableware and glassware products.
- Coordinate with international and local buyers regarding orders, specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- Manage product development, sampling, approvals, and order confirmations.
- Liaise with production, quality, planning, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time shipment of finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and export documentation.
- Track order status, costing, and margins to meet profitability targets.
- Prepare merchandising reports, order sheets, and buyer correspondence.
- Support senior management in planning seasonal collections and new product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in tableware, glassware, ceramics, or home décor industry.
- Strong understanding of glass manufacturing processes, product specifications, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with international buyers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience dealing with export markets (Europe, Middle East, USA).
- Knowledge of costing, pricing strategies, and shipment procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
