Deputy Manager - Planning

• Collaborate with demand forecasting function to produce accurate demand forecasts.
• Align demand forecasts with business inputs (sales, promotions, market trends).
• Translate demand into supply plans; ensure production schedules are aligned with forecasts.
• Identify demand-supply gaps and propose mitigation plans (e.g. expedite, alternate suppliers).
• Lead S&OP / IBP / S&OE cycles or contribute significantly.
• Define and monitor inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, lead times).
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, finished goods.
• Track inventory aging, slow-moving, excess (SLOB / E&O), and take necessary actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse / logistics teams for inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Plan requirements for raw materials / packaging; prepare purchase requisitions.
• Ensure production schedule is realistic given capacity, raw material availability, and lead times.
• Work with procurement to ensure vendor forecast / supplier delivery plans.
• Plan distribution of finished goods to DCs/warehouses / customers to meet demand.
• Coordinate inbound & outbound logistics to minimize delays / cost.
• Manage order fulfilment, allocation under constraints.

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
