Deputy Manager-Process Quality Assurance

Job Summary

We are looking for an Process Quality assurance Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing Voice of Customer (VoC) data on Amazon, identifying recurring issues impacting product ratings and reviews, and working cross-functionally to resolve those issues. This role will play a key part in improving Amazon ratings, customer satisfaction, and product quality.

The candidate will have the authority to audit production and internal QA teams to ensure compliance with Amazon quality standards and internal benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Amazon Voice of Customer (VoC) data, reviews, feedback, and return reasons
• Identify recurring quality, packaging, labeling, or compliance issues affecting ratings
• Trace customer issues back to production, sourcing, or QA processes
• Conduct audits of production facilities and internal QA teams
• Collaborate with production, QA, and operations teams to rectify identified issues
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Monitor post-fix performance to ensure ratings and customer feedback improve
• Prepare clear reports and insights for management
