Deputy Manager - Procurement

OPPO India is hiring an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist – Event, MICE & Marketing Services to join our procurement team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive supplier partnerships that deliver value, efficiency, and innovation.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

• 6-9 years of experience in indirect purchasing with a strong focus on marketing categories

• Proven track record of managing marketing spend and delivering cost savings

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Events, MICE, and marketing categories to achieve cost savings, value optimization, and risk mitigation

• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new suppliers, innovative solutions, and competitive pricing

Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the organization’s quality, cost, and service requirements.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

• Manage and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service levels.
