DEPUTY MANAGER - PROCUREMENT

The incumbent would be required to have:

· Supervise overall operations of the Procurement Department and act as team lead to ensure efficiency and compliance.

· Strong knowledge of construction related & routine sourcing and procurement techniques, forecasting price and market trends, evaluating challenges, and taking action to mitigate risks.

· Establishing and maintaining strategic vendors/ supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and preparing contracts to ensure value for money, Quality standards, and delivery terms.

· Strong knowledge of civil work, projects, procurement materials, construction equipment, and technical specifications.

· Preparing, implementing, and evaluating the best practices, strategies, policies, processes, and SOPs to aid and improve organizational performance.

· Preparing and managing the purchasing budgets, forecasts, proposals, variance analysis, and different reports as required.

· Proficiency in procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP Oracle SAP) and general office software (e.g., MS Office).

Location: Head Office, Lahore

Requirement : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 10–12 years of relevant general & technical procurement experience (construction/real estate preferred).
