Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee procurement activities related to engineering materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely availability, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for engineering-related items including mechanical, electrical, and civil materials.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and operational requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to understand technical requirements and specifications.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and conduct comparative evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Handle contract negotiations, purchase orders, and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in engineering or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of technical materials and engineering specifications.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.

Job Location:

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
