We are hiring a Purchase Officer who will manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing goods or service
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain updated records of Purchases, delivery information and invoices
- Assist with inventory forecasting and planning
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the store room
Requirements and skills:
- 2-3 Years Proven working experience.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Strong leadership capabilities
- MBA or BBA degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
- Decent Excel Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
