Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager Quality Control (QC), located in Lahore. The Deputy Manager QC will oversee and manage quality control processes, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and conduct quality audits. The role involves leading a team of quality control analysts, developing and implementing quality control systems, and ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. Additionally, the Deputy Manager QC will coordinate with the production and R&D departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience 8 to 10 years in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Team management and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
