Hello,We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Retail Relationship & Operations.Location: Kalyan, Mumbai.
Reporting To: -Mall Operations Manager
1. Retail Relationship Management
- Maintain daily engagement and coordination with all retailers for operational, commercial, and support requirements.
- Act as a single point of contact between retailers and the mall management team.
- Facilitate smooth communication regarding operational updates, policies, and circulars.
- Address and resolve retailer grievances promptly through a structured escalation and resolution process.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to enhance collaboration and satisfaction levels.
- ________________________________________2. Operational Monitoring & Floor Management
- Conduct daily and weekly floor walks to assess store compliance, visual merchandising, lighting, ambiance, and overall operational readiness.
- Ensure all operational issues observed during floor walks are logged and resolved within set timelines.
- Verify adherence to mall SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Raise maintenance tickets for technical or housekeeping issues and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain records of checklists and inspection reports.________________________________________
3. Business Review Meetings (BRMs)
- Plan, coordinate, and organize monthly/quarterly Business Review Meetings with retailers.
- Prepare agenda, data analysis, and presentation for BRMs in coordination with management.
- Record minutes of meetings and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.

- Perform daily collection and consolidation of sales data from retailers.
- Manage day-to-day MIS reporting – including sales reports, footfall data, revenue trends, and other KPIs.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify performance trends, deviations, or opportunities for improvement.
- Submit analytical reports and performance insights to the Operations Manager and Mall Management.

- Implement and monitor the Escalation Matrix for all retailer-related issues.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (technical, housekeeping, security, etc.) for prompt issue resolution.
- Track open issues and ensure timely closure within defined SLAs.
- Maintain logbook or system-based tracker for escalations and resolutions.
- Ensure all retailers adhere to mall operational and safety checklists.
- Conduct regular audits for store hygiene, fire safety, signage, and equipment functionality.
- Support statutory and internal audit requirements with updated documentation.
- Report non-compliance cases and assist in corrective action implementation.
- Assist the marketing teams in planning and executing mall promotional events and campaigns.
- Coordinate with retailers to drive participation and promotional engagement.
- Ensure operational readiness and logistics during event execution.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Update management on key performance indicators, issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in weekly review meetings and present department updates.
- Maintain digital and physical documentation for all operational activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards across the mall premises.
- Coordinate with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and security teams for compliance monitoring.

Pay: ₹474,126.51 - ₹700,000.00 per year
