Position Title: Deputy Manager Sales

Location: DHA Phase 2 Lahore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Deputy Manager – Sales to lead and manage sales activities in the Lahore region. The role requires a strong understanding of sales operations, client management, and business development strategies within the telecom or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: BE/BS in Electronics or Telecommunication is mandatory (other educational backgrounds will not be considered).
  • Experience: 5–7 years in Sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
