Position Title: Deputy Manager Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Deputy Manager – Sales to lead and manage sales activities in the Lahore region. The role requires a strong understanding of sales operations, client management, and business development strategies within the telecom or technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Education: BE/BS in Electronics or Telecommunication is mandatory (other educational backgrounds will not be considered).
- Experience: 5–7 years in Sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report generation.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
