DEPUTY MANAGER SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of its client in the textile apparel manufacturing industry for the position of Deputy Manager Sales & Business Development. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with strong experience in B2B garment sales, lead generation, and client acquisition within the sportswear, activewear, or workwear sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, negotiations, and closures
- Identify and target buyers, distributors, retailers, and private-label clients
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with production and sourcing teams to ensure timely order execution
- Manage key client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships
- Track sales KPIs and provide pipeline and forecast reports
- Mentor junior sales team members and support overall business growth
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing or B2B garment sales
- Strong expertise in lead generation, negotiations, and account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Existing industry networks will be considered a plus

- Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 + 2% Commission on Every Order Secured
