We are looking for an experienced
Deputy Manager Sales (LCAC)
for our MEP division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to manage and expand the customer base while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the LCAC division.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

Actively pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging digital platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.

Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations tailored to client requirements, showcasing LCAC products and services.

Negotiate and close deals, addressing any objections or complaints professionally.

Monitor inventory to ensure the availability of stock for timely sales and demonstrations.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales strategies with business goals.

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the LCAC or related industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to manage and motivate a team; proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong understanding of LCAC products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
