We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Sales (LCAC) for our MEP division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to manage and expand the customer base while achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the LCAC division.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations tailored to client requirements, showcasing LCAC products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, addressing any objections or complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure the availability of stock for timely sales and demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the LCAC or related industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to manage and motivate a team; proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of LCAC products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
