You would be the key force behind driving trainings in the Global Engineering Center India (GECIA). Your mission will be to manage and enhance our present learning & trainings support process. At large you will be able to bring more adaptive learning in the organisation with the access to best practices and conceptual systems.

Key Responsibilities

You will create a worldclass learning experience for the employees right from their onboarding till their career progression. This includes but not limited to

  • To establish the Global Engineering Center's training academy
  • To gather inputs for technical and behavioural training by running Training Need Assessment in organisation for Soft Skills, Technical Skills and Leadership Skills
  • You will responsible to build the annual training calendar.
  • Create learning KPIs supporting the business needs.
  • Prepare & monitor Training Budgets
  • With the help of technical leaders, you will create & organize Learning content from
    • In-house expertise of within and across Atlas Copco units
    • Creating Learning & development Partner Ecosystem
    • Training Agencies
    • Field / Domain experts
    • Academic institutions
    • Learning platforms
    • Identifying learning opportunities through exhibitions, conferences, fairs etc. organized by other organizations / agencies.
  • Training effectiveness Evaluation implementation (Kirk Patrick or other models)
  • Drive Learning ecosystem towards reducing time to competence.
  • Drive Upskilling & reskilling Programs
  • Celebrating our group #Neverstoplearning festival
  • Alignment with Local / Global Academies and HR Teams
  • Facilitating specific learning & skill development projects
