Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Training (Clinical Laboratory & Blood Transfusion Services)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic and training modules and materials for students and staff across the IHHN–BTS network.
• Manage day-to-day departmental operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure optimal management of financial and material resources to achieve departmental targets and maintain accreditation readiness.
• Contribute to internal quality assurance processes, including standardized record-keeping, trainees' performance, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• BS-MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) with a minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience.
