We are expanding our sourcing footprint across international markets to strengthen our portfolio and ensure year-round fruit availability.
We are looking for an agile, business-oriented sourcing professional to lead
international supplier development
and manage
end-to-end import operations
for fruits.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Identify, evaluate, and onboard international suppliers and exporters for key fruit categories.

Build long-term partnerships with growers, traders, and aggregators across major sourcing geographies.

Drive negotiations on pricing, terms, and quality standards to ensure competitive and reliable supply.

Track global fruit market trends, seasonal availability, and freight movements to support sourcing decisions.

Collaborate closely with Vegrow’s demand, category, and supply planning teams to align sourcing with business goals.
Documentation & Operations

Oversee all import-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, shipping papers, and compliance certifications.

Liaise with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination for shipments, clearances, and quality checks.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs norms, and phytosanitary requirements.

Maintain an up-to-date supplier database and track performance metrics (cost, quality, delivery).
What We’re Looking For

international sourcing, procurement, or trading

Strong exposure to
international markets
and supplier development.

Solid understanding of
import documentation, compliance, and logistics

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and build networks from scratch.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel internationally for supplier visits and trade fairs.
