Monthly CTC - ₹50,000 – ₹60,000

Role Summary

We are looking for a Deputy Marketing Manager to lead offline marketing for One Group Developers. The candidate will drive campaigns, manage BTL activations, and ensure strong brand presence across all project sites — working directly with the Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute offline campaigns — hoardings, print, site branding, and outdoor media
  • Manage BTL activations, property expos, site events, and channel partner meets
  • Handle vendor negotiations with media agencies, printers, and event partners
  • Coordinate with sales team to align marketing activities with lead generation targets
  • Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints and project collaterals
  • Track campaign budgets, prepare MIS reports, and optimize marketing spends
  • Plan and implement influencer campaigns and project updates.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of marketing experience with a strong offline / BTL focus
  • Prior experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector preferred
  • Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end campaign execution
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and on-ground activations
  • Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication; MBA is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
