Deputy Medical Superintendent

· Overall supervision of the working of the hospital

· Daily hospital and inspection rounds for proper upkeep of the premises, patients care and diligence of the staff

· Prepare and Monitor Duty Roaster for Duty doctors/Physician Assistants

· Leave Management including Weekly offs, Compensatory offs of all junior doctors, Senior Residents and students.

· Monitor and Evaluate all the clinical staff including doctors, nurses, paramedical & allied health technicians, dieticians, medical transcriptionists etc.

· Implementation of policies and procedures as per current healthcare regulations medical laws and ethics

· Implementation of NABH guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
