Key Responsibilities-

  • Support the Medical Superintendent (MS) in overall clinical and administrative leadership.
  • Supervise and coordinate clinical departments, specialty units, and medical staff.
  • Monitor compliance with NABH standards, regulatory norms, and quality protocols.
  • Drive clinical governance, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Oversee outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and ICU services to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Coordinate clinical duty rosters, on-call schedules, and rounds.
  • Facilitate training programs for doctors, residents, and clinical staff on standards and best practices.
  • Participate in NABH assessments, audits, and corrective action plans.
  • Address and resolve clinical / patient grievances effectively and timely.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policies, SOPs, incident reporting, and risk management.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for leadership

Qualifications-

  • MBBS from a recognized medical college (mandatory)
  • Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) preferred, ideally in Medicine, Surgery, or relevant speciality
  • Minimum 5–8 years clinical experience in a hospital setting
  • At least 3 years in supervisory / administrative role in a hospital environment
  • Strong understanding of NABH standards, patient safety, and quality systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement tools
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Experience with clinical audits and accreditation processes
  • Skills in conflict resolution, policy development, and performance management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,867.86 per month
