Deputy MLRO/CRM Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the MLRO in implementing AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Assist with client due diligence (CDD/KYC) reviews, monitoring transactions, and preparing regulatory reports.
  • Act as a liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders as required.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection standards.
  • Train and guide staff on AML/CRM best practices to ensure consistent usage.
  • Provide management reports on compliance risks, CRM performance, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in AML/compliance and CRM system management (preferably in legal or financial services).
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Clio, Salesforce, or similar).
