Deputy Nursing Superintendent (DNS)

Location: Al-Azhar Medical College & Super Speciality Hospital, Thodupuzha, Idukki, Kerala

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nursing Superintendent to assist in managing nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and supporting nursing staff across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff.
• Conduct training, evaluation, and mentoring of nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams for smooth operations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: BSc / MSc Nursing
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years Preffered
