Location: Kannur Medical College , Anjarakandy

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Deputy Nursing Superintendent to support nursing administration, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate nursing services across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Nursing Superintendent in day-to-day nursing operations
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate duty rosters, leave management, and staff deployment
• Support training, evaluation, and performance monitoring of nursing staff
• Act as a link between nursing staff and hospital management

Qualification & Experience:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
• 8–10 years of total nursing experience, with supervisory/administrative exposure preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Salary:

• As per qualification and experience
