Deputy Nursing Superintendent

Position: Nursing Superintendent
Location: Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital & Heart Centre Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar
Experience: 3–5 years (with 2–3 years in a supervisory role)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing with valid registration

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all nursing staff and patient care activities
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing needs
• Conduct training, audits, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with clinical and admin teams for smooth operations

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and communication
• Knowledge of NABH and patient care standards
• Team management and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
