Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Deputy Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for assisting in the strategic and operational oversight of nursing departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include developing nursing policies and protocols, managing nursing teams, implementing staff training programs, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive innovation, improve patient outcomes, and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing best practices, healthcare policies, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in developing and implementing nursing policies and staff training programs
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in quality improvement processes and patient care planning
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is highly desirable
• Registered Nurse (RN) license and relevant certifications are required
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a healthcare setting is preferred
