Project Management & Execution
- Supervise and manage multiple villa and building projects from mobilization to handover.
- Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
2. Operations & Resource Management
- Assist in planning and allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment across sites.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve any technical or operational issues promptly.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources to minimize wastage and control costs.
3. Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures at all sites.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and statutory standards.
- Lead site teams in achieving zero accidents and maintaining high construction standards.
4. Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets, approve procurement requests, and verify subcontractor bills.
- Identify potential cost savings without compromising quality and safety.
- Support the Operations Manager in preparing monthly progress reports and cost analysis.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and project flow.
- Attend progress meetings and provide technical input on design and execution challenges.
- Prepare and present project updates to management and stakeholders.
6. Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure adherence to project goals.
- Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their technical and managerial capabilities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
