Ensure adherence to PMG schedules for all allocated projects.Manage and monitor contract compliance as per company policies and guidelines.Review, interpret, and analyze project drawings.Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Support project teams in resolving issues related to planning, execution, or coordination. Candidate Requirements:  Experience: 5–10 years in PEB / Industrial / Commercial Buildings Construction companies, preferably in Contract Management and Project Management functions. Technical Knowledge: Civil and Architectural aspects. ERP Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. Computer Proficiency: MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Other Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.Effective people management and interdepartmental coordination skills. Education: B.E/B.TECH (CIVIL/ Mechanical)
