Job Overview

Provide overall leadership and direction to project teams in the planning, monitoring, and execution of construction and renovation projects for Airport Terminal lounges, hotels, F&B outlets, and related services across KSA and if required, in EMEA region, ensuring end-to-end delivery from design to handover.


Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and relevant standards.
  • Oversee and monitor the financial, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of all ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with external stakeholders—including landlords, designers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors—to implement PPG concepts and ensure quality control.
  • Prepare tender documentation, develop project schedules, and produce budget estimates and cost plans to support new business development.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of project staff, monitoring performance and work progress.
  • Define project scope for new airport lounges, hotels, F&B outlets, and related services in KSA and other international locations.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data related to project progress, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Play a key role in sourcing, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive database of suppliers and contractors.
  • Conduct regular coordination and review meetings with the Operations Team to obtain feedback and provide progress reports to senior management.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Global Project Director and/or EMEA Associate Project Director.


Job Requirements

  • Saudi national
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English
  • Degree holder in Project Management, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in Project Management, Design or Engineering Consultancy, preferably in hospitality or catering industry with strong knowledge and experience preferably in airport lounges and hotels and F&B sector (including F&B designs and M&E designs of F&B appliances)
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly – organized, capable of working under pressure with multi – task assignments
  • Good team player with mature and positive working attitude
  • Willing to travel abroad and work overtime
