Deputy Sales Manager - for HSE Consulting

Karachi, Pakistan

**This is a non technical and purely Sales and Marketing Position. Candidates should be well versed in selling our Trainings, Audits, HSE Courses etc. to other institutions and individuals. **

Job Title: Deputy Sales Manager*

*To Sell HSE Services and & Training Courses

Type: Fulltime Onsite, Permanent

Location: Karachi

Salary: 120K to 150K

Experience: 5 years minimum

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:-

Identify and explore new business opportunities in the Health and Safety Consultancy sector. Sell training programs and courses related to Health and Safety, including:

  • Industrial Racks Training,
  • Technical Training,
  • Documentation Training,
  • HSE Auditing, and
  • Oil and Gas Technical and Safety services.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote services such as training programs, inspection services (Asset Integrity, Lifting Equipment trainings, etc.), and technical and safety services.

- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in Business Development or Sales within the Health and Safety Consultancy industry. (like TUV Austria, SGS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and certifications

Requirements:

  • Proven sales success track record.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications: Bachelors / Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Sales & Marketing)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Time management

Knowledge & Experience:

  • At least eight (5-8) years of experience in the business development and marketing with five (5) years as a business development and marketing professional in HSE services providers companies.
  • Sound knowledge of national & international regulations, legislations, industry best practices pertaining to HSE.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles within the HSE sector.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
