Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, lead generation, and loan disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and other business partners.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for loan products.
Handle loan ticket sizes ranging from 5 Lakhs to 1 Crore.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and customer segments.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
Minimum Experience: 1+ year in Home Loans / Loan Against Property sales.
Age: Up to 34 years.
Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Experience: Proven track record in open market sales and DSA handling.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets under deadlines.
