Role Summary
The Deputy Security Manager supports the Security Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing all security operations for a strategic infrastructure project in Alexandria. The role is operational and leadership-driven, ensuring the protection of personnel, assets, and operations while maintaining compliance with national regulations and corporate security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and control daily security operations across all site facilities
- Lead, coordinate, and enforce discipline within security teams and guards
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Liaise with local authorities and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency response protocols
- Support crisis management, contingency planning, and emergency preparedness
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Mandatory: Ex-military background (Officer or Senior NCO level)
- Residence: Must currently reside in Alexandria
- Proven experience in site security management or security supervision
- Strong leadership presence, discipline, and decision-making capability
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
