Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day-to-day store activities and staff
- Ensure proper receiving, inspection, stacking, and labeling of materials
- Monitor issuance of materials as per approved requisitions
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP / manual registers
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations
- Report shortages, excess, slow-moving, or obsolete inventory
- Assist in preparing monthly stock reports
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain GRNs, issue notes, return notes, and gate passes
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for audit purposes
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with procurement, production, maintenance, and accounts teams
- Support Store In-Charge during audits and inspections
- Act as Store In-Charge in their absence
Safety & Housekeeping
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe storage of materials
- Enforce safety rules and material handling procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree
- 3–5 years of experience in store/warehouse operations (manufacturing preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory control methods and documentation
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP knowledge preferred)
- Good coordination, supervision, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
