Desired Qualifications:

• Assist and counsel of walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, resolving queries promptly.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery.
• Generate and share daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
• Support sales or marketing.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Profile from Aesthetic background like VLCC, Kaya, Olivia Etc
• MBA/ MHA/ Graduate with experience in aesthetic/ dermatology clinic

Skills: HR, Client Relations, Patient counselling, Financial & Business Management, , Vendor management

4-5 years of experience as Clinic Manager
